Schedule: Evening Shifts (Typically 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM)

Follia is an upscale, scratch-concept Italian restaurant dedicated to providing an exceptional culinary and guest experience in an elegant, high-energy setting. We pride ourselves on authentic hospitality, a refined beverage and amaro program, and a chef-driven menu. We are currently seeking a polished, reliable, and professional Food Runner to join our front-of-house team for evening service.

As a Food Runner at Follia, you are the vital link between our scratch kitchen and the dining room. You are responsible for ensuring that every dish arrives at the guest's table perfectly prepared, visually stunning, and at the correct temperature. This role requires speed, precision, a strong memory for table numbers/positions, and a professional demeanor.

• Menu & Allergen Knowledge: Maintain a strong working knowledge of our menu ingredients, preparations, and major allergens (including gluten-free protocols) to safely answer basic guest questions upon delivery.

• Ticket & Tray Management: Accurately organize and carry large trays of food from the expo line to the proper tables and position points without auctioning off dishes.

• Tableside Presentation: Deliver dishes with professionalism, briefly and clearly describing the dish to the guests upon placement.

• FOH/BOH Synergy: Communicate effectively with the Executive Chef, Expo, Servers, and Bussers to ensure a seamless pace of service.

• Station Maintenance: Assist in keeping the expo line clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift.

• Team Support: Assist teammates with clearing plates (pre-bussing) and resetting tables when traffic allows to maintain dining room efficiency.

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an upscale casual or fine dining environment preferred.

• Availability: Must be regularly available for evening shifts starting at 4:30 PM, including weekends.

• Pace & Stamina: Ability to stay focused, calm, and efficient under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced dining room. Physical capability to lift and carry heavy loaded trays and stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
