Dining Room Manager

The Dining Room Manager is responsible for overseeing daily dining room operations, ensuring outstanding service standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests. This leadership position works closely with the culinary and club management teams to maintain excellence in every aspect of the dining experience.

• Manage and supervise dining room staff, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure exceptional member and guest service at all times.
• Oversee daily dining room operations, special events, and club functions.
• Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory control, ordering, and cost management.
• Address member feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and management team to coordinate menus, events, and service execution.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

The Dining Room Manager reports directly to the Food & Beverage Director and works closely with the Executive Chef, Private Event Manager, and other department heads to ensure seamless club operations.

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant, club, hotel, or hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food, beverage, and fine dining service standards.
• Experience with staff training and development.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
