What You’ll Do

As a Outside Sales Professional, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners, helping them make confident, informed decisions about their comfort systems.

You will:

· Meet with homeowners to assess their comfort needs

· Present good, better, best plumbing solutions

· Prepare accurate estimates, detailed proposals, and clear pricing options

· Build trust through education and transparent communication

· Develop detailed project documentation to ensure seamless installation

· Deliver a true WOW experience from consultation to close

You won’t just sell equipment — you’ll provide solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and peace of mind.

What We’re Looking For

· Proven ability to close sales and build lasting customer relationships

· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

· Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

· High integrity, credibility, and self-discipline

· Customer-first mindset with a passion for excellence

· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

Plumbing knowledge is essential. A consultative, solutions-based sales approach is a must.
