Outside Sales Representative
$120K – $200K+ Earning Potential

We are seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative with at least 5 years of sales experience who thrives in a consultative, in-home sales environment.
In this role, you will meet with homeowners, evaluate their comfort needs, and guide them through important purchasing decisions for home comfort solutions .
This is an opportunity for a motivated closer who excels at building trust, educating customers, and confidently asking for the sale .

Compensation & Benefits
$120,000 – $200,000+ earning potential (Base + Commission)

Key Responsibilities
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:
Meet with homeowners to assets home comfort needs
Conduct in-home consultations and system evaluations
Present tailored solutions and explain equipment options clearly
Use a consultative sales process to guide customers to confident decisions
Build trust and credibility with homeowners
Handle questions and objections professionally
Close sales during the appointment whenever possible
Follow up with customers to finalize decisions and secure business
Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project completion
Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
You won’t just sell equipment — you’ll help homeowners make important decisions about comfort, efficiency, and long-term home investment.
Required Experience
5+ years of outside sales or in-home sales experience
Proven track record of closing high-value sales
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners
Experience guiding customers through complex buying decisions
Strong time management and territory organization
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Experience
