Production Work - $18/hr

We are hiring Assemblers to build components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on assembly work, using tools and machinery, and following instructions to meet quality standards.

• Assemble parts and components following work instructions
• Load and position materials into machines and fixtures
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate basic machinery safely
• Perform repetitive tasks and rotate workstations as needed
• Lift and move parts (up to 50 lbs)

• Experience with hand and power tools
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to stand for an entire shift
• Ability to follow basic instructions and processes
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Clean, well-lit, climate-controlled facility
• Fast-paced, team-oriented production setting

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shelbyville, IL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.90/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Shelbyville,IL.
