Bilingual Manufacturing Recruiter
LaSalle Network is partnering with a rapidly growing organization in the EV and clean energy industry that is expanding its U.S. manufacturing operations and looking to add a Senior Technical Recruiter to its team.
Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and engineering positions
Recruit for a mix of high-volume production roles and specialized technical positions
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies
Proactively source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruiting tools
Manage 10–20 open requisitions while providing an exceptional candidate experience
Qualifications:
Manufacturing, automotive, industrial, renewable energy, EV, or battery recruiting experience required
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Strong sourcing and full-cycle recruiting experience
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Agency or corporate recruiting experience welcomed

Key Details
Location: Manteno, IL (100% Onsite)
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 + eligibility to earn bonus
Benefits: Eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance.
