Revenue Cycle Operations Liaison

Dentologie dental group is seeking a full-time Revenue Cycle Operations Liaison (minimum 3 years of dental or healthcare accounts receivable experience) to be seated at our River North headquarters in Chicago (depending on performance, hybrid a possibility in the future).

The Revenue Cycle Operations Liaison will serve as the go-to expert for all insurance and billing-related queries within the dental practice. This role involves providing guidance and support to staff, ensuring accurate billing, and optimal insurance claim processing. The Revenue Cycle Operations Liaison will play a key role in maintaining financial health and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with insurance verifications for upcoming appointments.

• Patient communication and follow up regarding patient balance and invoice inquiries

• Assist in the resolution of complex insurance claims and billing questions submitted in the slack “Ask Insurance” ticketing system.

• Provide expert guidance and support to dental practice staff on insurance and billing issues.

• Participate in training sessions for staff on insurance policies, billing procedures, and compliance requirements when asked.

• Assist in development and maintain comprehensive documentation and resources on insurance and billing processes.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of dental or healthcare AR experience.

• Deep understanding of dental billing, insurance follow-up, and commercial payer rules.

• Proficient in practice management systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental).

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
