What Youll Do:

• Manage and review complex tax engagementspartnerships, S-corps, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for your clientsbuilding trust and offering strategic tax planning throughout the year.
• Lead and mentor staff, while collaborating closely with senior leadership on growth initiatives.
• Contribute to internal process improvements, tech initiatives, and advisory services.

What Youll Need:

• CPA Eligible or Active CPA License
• 3 to 4+ years of experience in public accounting, with a strong handle on business and individual tax.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines with confidence and clarity.
• Experience in industries like real estate, nonprofits, or private equity is a bonus.
• A desire to grow with the firm and take on more leadership over time.
