Welder / Fabricator – 1st Shift

$22–$26/hr (OT paid at 1.5x )

1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday–Friday

About the Job

We are seeking skilled MIG Welders / Fabricators to help build large industrial equipment from the ground up . This is not production line welding — you’ll be reading blueprints, fitting, welding, grinding, and assembling large steel components in a hands‑on manufacturing environment.

If you like seeing a project come together and take pride in your welds, this is a solid opportunity with steady work booked through the rest of the year .

What You’ll Be Doing

• MIG welding structural components
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Fitting, welding, grinding, and assembling large industrial equipment
• Using torches, grinders, and standard fabrication tools
• Working closely with the foreman and fabrication team
• Building from start to finish

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, IL.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
