Senior Financial Analyst
Kforce's client, a leading industrial manufacturing organization, located in the Granite City, IL area is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support operational and financial company performance. This role partners closely with operations leadership, providing analysis, insights, and modeling that drive strategic decisions. - Senior Financial Analyst will lead variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
- Support budgeting, forecasting, monthly updates, and financial close
- Prepare analyses and presentations for plant and executive leadership
- As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will strengthen cross-functional communication between operations and business support groups
- Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of FP&A or analytical experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with Oracle ERP, OneStream, Power BI, or Python preferred
- Manufacturing industry experience a plus
