What You’ll Do

✨ Lead the kitchen team ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

✨ Help develop, implement, and maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency.

✨ Foster a culture of mentorship, guiding the team to achieve excellence in both skill and attitude. A strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration with both FOH and BOH teams is essential to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience.

✨ Collaborate with the Executive Chef to innovate and refine the menu, ensuring each dish reflects our mission to create unforgettable dining experiences.

✨ Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization to ensure seamless daily operations.

What You Bring to the Table

‍ Significant experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant.
