Assistant to the Development Director

The Assistant to the Development Director supports the Development Director and Executive Director with fundraising and donor communication activities: maintaining and growing relationships with new and existing donors, providing clinic tours and updates, educating supporters about Corbella's mission and impact, appealing for support and expressing gratitude. The Assistant to the Development Director coordinates fundraising activities or events such as open houses and assists with donor marketing and communication including newsletters, e-blasts, website content, social media, brochures, and testimonial videos, etc. The Development Director will provide training and guidance. Candidates must be passionately pro-life and have a strong commitment to the Christian faith in belief and in practice in daily life. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree At least 2 years of fundraising/donor development and donor communication experience is required. Other applicable experiences may be considered. Excellent verbal, presentation and relational skills; proficient writing skills; sound time-management practices; a high degree of professionalism with internal and external audiences. Ability to write in creative, descriptive, technical and factual manner is required. Experience working with foundations and writing grants is helpful but not required. Candidates must be self-motivated, goal-oriented and be able to communicate in a compassionate and professional manner.
