We’re a small, family-owned, and growing residential property management company looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee eight scattered-site residential buildings in the Evanston area. This is a newly created role offering a unique opportunity to take ownership of a diverse and rewarding portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform and oversee general maintenance and repairs across 8 small properties
• Handle basic administrative duties and coordinate maintenance schedules
• Work closely with ownership and vendors to source materials and manage projects
• Ensure timely response to work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintain property standards and contribute to resident satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable transportation is required (mileage reimbursement may be discussed)
• Must have your own tools
• Prior maintenance experience required; supervisory experience is a plus
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple sites
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Able to take initiative and solve problems proactively
