Pay & Earning Potential

1. $16–$18/hour base pay
2. Daily tips, bonuses, incentives, and advancement opportunities
3. Top Wingmen earn well above base pay through performance, hustle, customer satisfaction, and bonus opportunities — including additional bonus pay for interstate moves.

What You’ll Do

1. Assist in residential and commercial moving / junk removal jobs
2. Safely load, unload, carry, and transport furniture, appliances, and household items
3. Wrap and protect furniture using blankets, shrink wrap, and other materials
4. Support the Team Lead / Captain in maintaining pace and job efficiency
5. Deliver a positive, professional customer experience on every job
6. Work with your team to keep jobs organized, safe, and on schedule
7. Assist with truck packing, equipment prep, and job cleanup
8. Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and a strong work ethic

Requirements

1. Must be 18 years of age or older
2. Must be able to lift and carry 75+ lbs regularly (team lift for heavier items)
3. Must be comfortable working 8+ hour shifts as needed
4. Must have strong communication and customer service skills
5. Must be able to pass a background check
6. Moving, labor, warehouse, landscaping, construction, or delivery experience is a plus
7. Must have reliable transportation to and from work
