Process Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our team. This role involves translating customer requirements and test data into efficient process flows, specifying and selecting equipment to meet process needs, and coordinating with equipment vendors for technical and commercial alignment. The Process Engineer will play a crucial role in assisting sales during the quotation phase of processing line projects and will be responsible for creating CAD models and layout drawings. Additionally, the position requires preparing project documentation and assisting in the commissioning of processing lines and controls onsite. The successful candidate will support sales, engineering, and service in all process engineering matters.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements and test data to process flow.

• Specify and select equipment to meet process requirements.

• Coordinate with equipment vendors for technical and commercial alignment.

• Assist sales in the quotation phase of processing line projects.

• Create CAD models and layout drawings of processing lines.

• Prepare other required project documentation.

• Assist in the commissioning of processing lines and controls onsite.

• Support sales, engineering, and service in process engineering matters.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Experience in process equipment and processing lines.

• Proficiency in layout design and vendor management.

• Strong skills in process improvement.

• Ability to interpret and create engineering drawings in CAD.

• 3D Modeling proficiency.

• Strong written and verbal communication including technical writing.

• Project Management expertise.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• Dependability, planning, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office.

• Willingness to travel to industrial environments, including internationally.

The work environment involves collaboration with sales, engineering, and service teams to ensure successful project execution. The role requires travel to industrial environments, including international locations. You will be working with advanced technologies and equipment in a professional setting, where strong communication skills and technical expertise are essential for success.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
