Commercial Auto Insurance Specialist

Insured ASAP Insurance is a smaller, high-output commercial lines agency. We focus heavily on commercial auto and garage liability for businesses like towing companies, auto dealers, truckers, delivery operations, livery, and NEMT.

This role is for someone who wants to grow. You’ll work directly with the Principal Agent, get trained hands-on, and stay busy. You won’t be a “random employee in a big office.” Your work will be seen, coached, and improved quickly.

What you’ll do

• Quote and service inbound commercial auto and garage liability leads
• Handle renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day policy changes
• Communicate with clients by phone, text, and email
• Help move accounts from “interested” to “bound” by staying organized and following through

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication and follow-up habits
• Comfortable talking to business owners and keeping things professional
• Commercial auto experience is a plus, but we can train the right person
• Minimum 1 year insurance experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads and provide accurate, competitive quotes for commercial auto insurance policies.
• Build relationships with prospects and clients via text, phone, and email to address questions and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage policy renewals to ensure seamless service for existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional insurance products.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of insurance experience (commercial auto and/or garage insurance experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with insurance software is a plus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $22 per hour plus monthly incentive (commissions w/o chargeback)

Incentive Pay:

• Monthly incentive structure is based on written premium with a minimum of $700 per month for the first three months GUARANTEED .
• Uncapped earning potential based on performance.
