Precision CNC Production Specialist

Location: Hanover Park, IL | Pay: $20 – $36/hour (DOE) | Shifts: 1st & 2nd | Overtime: Available

Your impact
- Transform raw stock into tight‑tolerance components on CNC equipment
- Hold quality at the source by inspecting with micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Keep production moving while safeguarding accuracy and repeatability
What you’ll tackle
- Operate and set up CNC mills/lathes
- Read and apply blueprints/technical drawings
- Execute tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
- Verify parts to spec with precision measuring instruments
- Support continuous improvement and follow all safety protocols
Bring these strengths
- 1+ years CNC machining or machine operation experience
- Comfort with blueprint reading and measurement tools
- Background in setups, tooling, and offsets (preferred)
- Detail‑driven, quality‑focused mindset
- Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift
