Job Title: Executive Assistant (C-Suite Support – Retail)
Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Schedule: Hybrid (6 days onsite per month)
Payrate: $30- $35 per hour
The ideal candidate will have prior C-suite support experience and a background in retail or merchandising.
Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and logistical support to the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Leadership team.
- This role requires strong organizational skills, independent judgment, and the ability to manage complex schedules, heavy travel arrangements, expense reporting, and executive communications.
- The Executive Assistant will handle confidential information, coordinate special projects, prepare presentations and correspondence, and serve as a key liaison to senior leadership.
- Candidates must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
