Must hold a valid Illinois Paraprofessional Educator License issued by ISBE

Ampersand Therapy empowers you to serve your students. We are a small company that began in Western Washington and has expanded to additional states including North Carolina, South Carolina, Colorado, Oregon, Arizona, Illinois and Minnesota. We are proud to be women owned, minority owned and therapist owned. We began our own careers working in school districts and also as contractors. We created Ampersand Therapy to offer an alternative to large staffing agencies. The result is a small team of like minded specialists who are building the kind of company we would want to work for.
