Lawyer for AI Training

Apply your legal expertise to help train next generation AI systems through high quality, real world analysis and feedback. This remote contractor role centers on translating nuanced legal judgment into clear, reliable material that improves how AI systems learn, reason, and perform. No prior AI experience is required. Key Responsibilities

• Review contracts in detail, identifying risks, ambiguities, and opportunities for improvement.
• Research applicable statutes, regulations, and case law to inform project requirements.
• Draft, edit, and assess legal documents for accuracy and clarity.
• Analyze regulatory compliance issues across multiple jurisdictions and provide guidance aligned with relevant legal standards.
• Develop clear written explanations and rationales for legal positions and decisions.
• Collaborate asynchronously through written and verbal communication to clarify complex legal concepts.
• Review legal data and provide feedback that supports ongoing improvements to AI training materials.

• Active law license and at least 5 years of practice in contract law, compliance, or a closely related specialty.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract review, legal research, regulatory compliance, and legal writing.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with close attention to legal nuance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex legal concepts to legal and non legal audiences.
• Comfort interpreting laws and regulations across different jurisdictions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project focused environment.
• Familiarity with legal technology tools is helpful but not required.
