Administrative Assistant (Lisle)

Role Description

• Serve as the on-site administrative hub for all field operations, providing day-to-day support to project managers, commissioning leads, and field crews
• Manage and maintain accurate project documentation including daily field reports, timesheets, work packages, and commissioning records
• Manage on-site procurement needs including consumables, PPE, and miscellaneous field materials, ensuring proper documentation and approval workflows
• Act as the first point of contact for site-level administrative inquiries from both internal team members and client representatives
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive project, personnel, and commercial information

Qualifications

• Strong administrative assistance skills for managing schedules, documentation, and office processes
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and clients
• Customer service expertise to manage client inquiries and maintain satisfaction
• Proficiency in office software tools such as MS Office Suite
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks
