What We’re Seeking:

We are looking for experienced leaders with:

• Previous management experience (MANDATORY) - car wash management strongly preferred.
• Staff training and team development experience.
• Strong customer service background.
• Cash handling and financial accountability experience.
• Mechanical/maintenance knowledge (preferred).
• Average computer competency.
• Sales experience with a performance-driven mindset.
• Scheduling and labor management competency.
• Open availability (REQUIRED).
• General Manager-level leadership potential.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

As an MIT, you will:

• Lead and manage a team of 8-14 team members.
• Maintain and enforce all site standards and operating procedures.
• Oversee stocking and inventory management.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring new team members.
• Train, coach, and develop staff.
• Complete and oversee cash handling processes.
• Place and assist with maintenance tickets.
• Provide both on-site and remote customer support.
• Drive sales performance and production targets.
• Create schedules and manage labor efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be visible, accountable, and performance-driven.
