IT Solutions Analyst - AI

We are seeking an IT Solutions Analyst with a focus on AI to support a growing portfolio of technology, data and automation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, helping translate operational needs into scalable solutions while driving adoption of emerging tools and platforms.

This position offers a mix of hands-on system support, data analysis and forward-looking innovation work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both problem-solving and experimenting with new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Technology & Systems Management

• Support and enhance core business systems, including CRM and data platforms
• Manage user access, configurations and system updates to improve usability and performance
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements
• Maintain data quality standards and support ongoing reporting and data processes

Data, Reporting & Analysis

• Build and maintain reports to support business insights and operational decision-making
• Analyze data for accuracy, consistency and actionable trends
• Execute updates and improvements across datasets and reporting workflows

AI & Innovation Initiatives

• Support evaluation and implementation of AI and automation solutions
• Assist in testing, prototyping and deploying tools aligned to business needs
• Partner with stakeholders to identify use cases and improve workflows through technology
• Help drive adoption through documentation, training and change management

Vendor & Solution Evaluation

• Conduct research and analysis on technology vendors and tools
• Support solution selection, implementation and ongoing optimization
• Collaborate on cost/benefit analysis and performance evaluations

Required Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, technology operations or related roles
• Experience with CRM systems and data platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with automation tools, scripting or databases (e.g., SQL, Python)
• Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools
• Experience supporting technology initiatives in a fast-paced or project-driven environment
• Background in financial services or similarly complex industries

• Compensation: $115,000
• Bonus: Eligible to earn a 20% annual performance-based bonus
