Finance Administrative Specialist
Location : Naperville, IL | onsite
Job Type : Contract (6 months)
Compensation : $26.00-29.00 per hour (W2)

We are seeking a Finance Administrative Specialist to support a global leader in water, hygiene, and energy solutions. This role focuses on managing financial processes and contract administration within a dynamic corporate environment. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate billing, contract compliance, and pricing activities while collaborating across teams. Job Description
- Manage billing arrangement setups, renewals, and amendments.
- Provide front-end and back-end contract review support, including intake and facilitation.
- Assist with year-end price-related activities such as planning and implementation.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as needed to support finance operations.
Required:
- Associate degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical aptitude for ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow defined processes and protocols.
- Positive attitude, willingness to ask questions, and collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- SAP experience (daily use expected).
- Previous billing experience.
