How you will make an impact:

Our Assistant Director of Childcare works with the director and staff to develop programs and ensures a Christian intergenerational environment, enhancing individual learning and development. This position helps ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment for children, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities also include staffing coordination, giving tours, monitoring classrooms, supporting curriculum development, and more, all while upholding our Servanthood Leadership values!

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• working 10am - 6pm with occasional 7am - 3pm shifts
• NO holidays or weekends are required!

What you will need:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Experience working in a childcare setting is required
• Experience in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to staff is required.
• Must meet all state DCFS qualification requirements for a licensed Child Care facility
  • Level 1 Director Credential or Director qualified by DCFS
• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood is preferred
• 3+ years of leadership experience is preferred
