Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Administrative Assistant for John Deere World Headquarters located in Moline, IL , you will….
- Support multiple leaders in our People Organization and support processes across the function.
- Perform a full range of administrative support duties including but not limited to scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining appointment calendars on behalf of managers.
- Gather, create, and maintain sensitive and/or confidential information.
- Update and maintain databases.
- Support project work as needed.
- Ability to work onsite in Moline, IL at least 4 days per week.
VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position.
What Skills You Need
- 3 or more years of demonstrated experience with handling highly confidential information.
- 3 or more years of experience with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Must be well organized.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Moline, IL, at least 4 days per week.

Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent work experience.
