We're seeking a Machine Builder to join our headquarters team in Cary, Illinois, where you'll help create the automated assembly equipment that makes our world-class magnetic components possible.

As our Machine Builder, you'll:
- Construct sophisticated automated assembly machines that bring engineering concepts to life
- Troubleshoot and debug complex machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Perform precise alignments and final set-ups that ensure manufacturing excellence
- Collaborate with engineers to help plan and design next-generation machinery
- Be part of a team where your hands-on skills directly impact global technology
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate brings:
- 2+ years of experience building automatic assembly equipment
- Proven mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Strong math skills and the ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings
- Proficiency with basic machine shop tools
- Associate's degree, specialized education, or vo-tech training in a mechanical field (preferred)
