Manufacturing Associates
Adecco is seeking reliable and motivated Manufacturing Associates to join the team at Charles Industries in Canton, MO. This is an immediate opportunity to become part of a leading manufacturing company that values quality, safety, and teamwork.
In this role, you will be responsible for assembling telecommunications enclosures by building box components and installing internal hardware critical to communication systems. You will follow detailed instructions, operate various tools and materials, and contribute to a collaborative production environment where accuracy and dependability are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assemble telecommunications enclosures, including building components and installing internal hardware.
· Follow detailed work instructions to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
· Operate hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
· Support team objectives by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
· Ensure the proper handling of materials and tools, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Previous warehouse or assembly experience is a plus.
· Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
· Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
· Ability to stand continuously for the duration of your shift.
· Steel-toed boots are required for safety.

· Multiple shift options to accommodate your schedule:
o 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM ($15.00/hour)
o 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM ($17.50/hour)
o 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM ($17.00/hour, starting Sunday night)
