Remote Junior Sales Representative

We are seeking a Remote Junior Sales Representative who will be responsible for supporting clients by ensuring accurate documentation of their permanent benefits, following up on inquiries, and assisting with smooth onboarding into their benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clear explanations of permanent benefits to clients virtually via Zoom.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and Zoom.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain records and documentation to company standards.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients..
• Strong verbal and oral communication skills

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• 1+ year of customer support, admin, or sales experience preferred
• No prior sales experience required as training will be provided
• Skilled in clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational abilities with a strong focus on accurate documentation
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
