The Opportunity:
Logan Premium Logistics is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing team of Customer Sales Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams and achieving revenue growth. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and executing strategies for growing our customer sales, as well as training and developing our sales team to be successful and effective in their roles.
Responsibilities:
Empower your team: Lead a team of Customer Sales Representatives, providing guidance and support to help them develop professionally and achieve their goals.
Manage Performance: Monitor and develop KPI’s and encourage the development of both new and existing accounts.Implement new strategies for growth and new customer development.
Lead by Example: Develop and implement strategies for growing our customer sales and achieving company revenue targets. Demonstrate best practices for prospecting and new customer acquisition.
Build your Team: Help recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members. Collaborate with Marketing to grow our brand on social media and attract top sales talent.
Develop your Team: Train and coach sales team members on effective sales techniques and customer relationship management.
Dive Deep: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Work as a Team: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in encouraging professional development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
