Responsibilities

• Safely operate your own vehicle to deliver packages accurately and on schedule within your assigned area
• Communicate effectively with customers during delivery, ensuring a positive experience
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to maintain a secure delivery process
• Manage delivery documentation, including receipts and proof of delivery, with attention to detail
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly when needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of your vehicle to ensure reliable service
• Keep accurate records of deliveries completed and any delivery-related incidents

• Reliable Vehicle
• Insurance
• Smartphone with GPS
• Professional Attitude
• Clean Driving Record
• HIPAA & Bloodborne Pathogen Training (Preferred for Medical Routes)
• Commercial auto insurance, or
• A policy that allows “business use/delivery use”
