Job Description (JD):

• Provide care for patients requiring higher monitoring than Med/Surg

• Monitor cardiac, respiratory, and other vital signs

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team

• Educate patients and families on care and recovery

Requirements

Requirements (Req):

• Active RN license in the state of practice

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• 1–2 years of PCU, Step-Down, or Telemetry experience preferred

• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills

• Ability to work required shifts, including nights/weekends
