Job Title: Line Cook – Le Sud Mediterranean Kitchen

Location: Chicago, IL – Roscoe Village

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled, dependable Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for scratch cooking, a strong sense of teamwork, and the drive to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute menu items according to Le Sud’s recipes and plating standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
• Assist with prep, station setup, and closing duties as assigned
• Follow proper food handling and safety protocols (ServSafe required)
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during high volume
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years line cook or relevant kitchen experience preferred
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with professional kitchen equipment
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, reliable, and committed to teamwork
• Passion for Mediterranean and French-inspired cuisine a plus

Schedule & Compensation:
