Job Title: Line Cook – Le Sud Mediterranean Kitchen
Location: Chicago, IL – Roscoe Village

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled, dependable Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for scratch cooking, a strong sense of teamwork, and the drive to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items according to Le Sud’s recipes and plating standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
- Assist with prep, station setup, and closing duties as assigned
- Follow proper food handling and safety protocols (ServSafe required)
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during high volume
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years line cook or relevant kitchen experience preferred
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with professional kitchen equipment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to teamwork
- Passion for Mediterranean and French-inspired cuisine a plus
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
