Bilingual Payment Application Clerk
Monday-Friday Start 9:00am DRESS CODE: Casual Attire PAY RATE: $19.00-$23.00 an hour KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Obtain detail ACH, check, cash and credit card despots/settlements daily
• Obtain invoices from money counter
• Make necessary adjustments/credits to invoices.
• Research and confirm whereabouts of returned products
• Research customer payments and apply appropriately to customers’ accounts.
• Balance deposit totals and applied payment totals daily
• Assist billing clerk when needed
• Answer phone calls and assist in customer and sales inquiries
• Other functions and tasks as assigned by supervisors EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Basic math skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Email
• Work in fast paced environment
• Detail oriented
• Bilingual – Spanish & English
• Basic computer skills
• Exhibit good decision making, problem solver, demonstrate great communication, and organizational skills and detailed-oriented. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to lift more than 25 lbs.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
