Account Manager
LaSalle Network has partnered with a dynamic marketing agency committed to helping brands in the sustainability space tell their stories, enhance their branding and optimize their digital presence. Their office is in the heart of downtown Chicago, a hub of creativity and innovation, where their passionate team collaborates to create impactful campaigns that drive change and inspire action.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join this boutique agency team. As an Account Manager , you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing campaign execution and ensuring the delivery of exceptional branding and digital marketing services. Your expertise in copywriting and content creation will be essential in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our clients' target audiences. Account Manager Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Understand their business objectives, brand voice and sustainability goals to effectively manage their campaigns
- Develop, implement and manage comprehensive branding and digital marketing campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work that meets client expectations
- Craft engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns and storytelling pieces. Collaborate with designers and other team members to produce cohesive and compelling content
- Oversee all aspects of campaign management, from initial planning to final execution and reporting. Monitor project timelines, budgets and deliverables, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
- Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and provide insights to clients. Prepare and present detailed reports that highlight key metrics, successes and areas for improvement
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in sustainability, branding and digital marketing. Apply this knowledge to develop innovative strategies that set their clients apart in the marketplace
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a marketing agency or a related industry
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building client rapport and managing expectations
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing and web analytics
- Passion for sustainability and a genuine interest in working with brands that are committed to making a positive impact on the environment
