Go to to learn more! Purpose: Compensation: $23-$25/hr plus weekly production bonus and yearly profit-sharing bonus.
Perform and document quality control procedures and ensure compliance with the Quality Manual. Basic Job Functions:
- Must adhere to Nucor's safety programs and standards.
- Demonstrate conduct consistent with Nucor's vision and values.
- Perform and document all tests required (per the Quality Manual) during a production shift.
- Participate in non-conformance root cause analysis.
- Report and document any non-conformance to the Quality Manual requirements.
- Report and document any non-conformance to tests performed.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- High school diploma, GED or state/local equivalent
- Must have basic math and writing skills
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of CRSI quality standards
- Proficiency in MS Office, including strong Excel and Word.
- Some heavy lifting may be necessary
- Working conditions can be noisy, dusty, hot, cold
- Must be able to work overtime when required
- Some travel may be required
