About the Role
As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, enhancing user experiences, and shaping the future of patient care. You will partner closely with Account Executives, Product, and Implementation teams to drive effective pre-sales engagements and ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation. Your clinical and technical expertise will help prospective customers understand the value of the PatientIQ platform and accelerate adoption across specialties and use cases.
What You'll Do
- Showcase the Platform: Prepare and customize PatientIQ demo environments with relevant patient data and specialty-focused workflows to highlight key platform capabilities.
- Lead Engaging Demonstrations: Conduct tailored remote and onsite product demos and presentations to a range of audiences, including clinicians, IT teams, analysts, and executives.
- Act as a Subject-Matter Expert: Provide clinical and technical insight into product features, use cases, and integrations. Answer questions and guide prospects through product functionality and value.
- Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with Product and Engineering to evolve the demo instance and ensure specialty workflows accurately reflect current platform capabilities.
- Support the Sales Process: Assist Account Executives in sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses by delivering accurate, insightful, and solution-oriented input.
- Facilitate Seamless Hand-offs: Partner with Implementation teams to ensure all pre-sale details, documentation, and customer insights are captured for a smooth transition post-sale.
- Train and Enable: Provide ongoing product training to internal stakeholders, including Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and other team members.
- Contribute to Marketing Efforts: Support PatientIQ’s marketing initiatives, including webinars, tradeshows, and new product launches.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Surface customer and market feedback to inform future product enhancements, sales strategies, and enablement tools.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Product Specialist, or related pre-sales role in SaaS, health tech, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data, clinical workflows, and value-based care principles.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for improving patient outcomes through technology.
- Willingness to travel for key customer meetings, industry conferences, and onsite demonstrations (up to 25%).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with EHR systems, healthcare integrations, or patient-reported outcomes solutions.
- Background in clinical informatics, healthcare consulting, or health systems operations.
