Marketing and Administrative Assistant Location Shiloh, IL :

BARBERMURPHY , a well-established commercial real estate firm located in Shiloh, Illinois, is seeking a Full-Time Marketing/Office Assistant. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with brokers and clients across all levels. Timeliness and accuracy in completing tasks are crucial. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently while also being receptive to guidance and adhering to office processes and procedures. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential, as is the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Content Creator

Create property brochures for various commercial property types

Editing images, creating floor plans, and producing aerial images for marketing materials

Social Media Coordinator

Create content for social media posts, working in coordination with the Marketing Manager

Continuously provide content ideas and/or suggestions to increase followers and build brand awareness

Monitor social media posts for comments and messages

Report on the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Other Administrative Tasks

Data Entry - Entering data into the CRM system, BARBERMURPHY website, and various marketing platforms (familiarity with Crexi and Moody's (Catylist) is a plus.

Answering incoming phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate party

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, with demonstrated expertise in Photoshop. Should be highly proficient in image editing, including color correction, lighting adjustments, formatting, and sizing. Additionally, the candidate should possess the skills to create layers and embed images effectively.

Must be a highly detail-oriented individual with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a solid work ethic, and a positive attitude.

Familiarity with the Central and Southern Illinois area is a plus

Pay: Commensurate with qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
