Role: - General Manager - SpringHill Suites by Marriott – Chicago Chinatown

We’re proud to be a standout property in the Marriott portfolio, ranked highly for guest satisfaction and known as a strong performer in both the Chinatown and Downtown Chicago markets.

We’re searching for a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead this award-winning team, drive top-line revenue, and build on our success with heart, hustle, and hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

• Champion a culture of excellence where associates feel empowered, valued, and inspired.
• Oversee daily operations across all departments with a focus on guest experience, revenue growth, and brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Revenue Management to optimize performance and identify new market opportunities.
• Build strong partnerships with community leaders and cultural organizations to keep the spirit of Chinatown at the heart of the hotel.
• Lead by example with energy, professionalism, and a people-excellence culture.

Who You Are:

• A visionary hotelier with a proven record of success in branded hotel management.
• Must have experience with Marriott brands, including familiarity with Marriott systems, standards, and service culture.
• Skilled in revenue strategy, sales leadership, and team development.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment where culture and guest experience matter.
• A collaborative, confident communicator who can lead with clarity, purpose, and integrity.
