Accounts Receivable Specialist

In this role, you’ll take ownership of AR processes, help streamline operations, and support a business experiencing steady growth.

Compensation: $24–26 per hour, depending on experience, skill set, and contract terms.

Accounts Receivable Specialist – Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including applying payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records

• Review and monitor aging reports to ensure timely collections and address past-due accounts

• Partner closely with internal sales and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues

• Investigate and process short pays, deductions, and adjustments

• Conduct credit checks and assist with evaluating customer credit risk

• Support reporting and month-end close processes

Accounts Receivable Specialist – Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of B2B accounts receivable or collections experience

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups preferred) and ERP system knowledge

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized with a proactive mindset

• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
