AR Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind ensuring our company receives payments smoothly and on time. You will manage the entire invoicing lifecycle, resolve billing discrepancies, and build professional relationships with our clients to optimize our cash flow.
salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
- Billing & Invoicing: Prepare, verify, and send accurate daily/weekly invoices to clients in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Payment Processing: Post and reconcile daily cash receipts, credit card payments, and ACH/wire transfers to the general ledger.
- Collections Management: Monitor aging accounts, identify delinquent balances, and conduct courteous, professional follow-ups via phone and email to secure payments.
- Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer billing discrepancies, short-payments, or skipped invoices by collaborating with internal sales and account management teams.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and generate weekly aging reports for management review.
