Haunted Attraction Production Technician
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Assistant Designer & Builder for the Scream Acres Haunted Attraction at Fritzler Farm Park in La Salle, CO.
In this role, you will work closely with our lead designer and builder to create the immersive world of Scream Acres. Responsibilities include assisting in the construction of sets and props, participating in creative concept meetings, and supporting lighting, audio, and animatronic setups. You will also work with our actors to help them understand set pieces and enhance their performances.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the design and construction of sets, props, and immersive scenes.
- Collaborate in creative meetings to brainstorm attraction concepts and themes.
- Support lighting, audio, and basic animatronic setups under guidance.
- Work with actors to facilitate set interaction and performance enhancements.
- Participate in overall preparations leading up to the attraction’s opening.
Qualifications :
- Experience in building, set design, or fabrication.
- Familiarity with haunted attractions, entertainment design, or themed environments.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Bonus Skills: Basic understanding of low-voltage electrical work and pneumatics
