Travel Registered Nurse - ICU ( Days)

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - ICU for a 12-week travel assignment i n Arlington Heights,IL .

Contract Details

• 12hr Night 6p-6a
• Start Date: 05/31/2026
• Contract: 12 weeks
• Location: Arlington Heights,IL
• Hourly Pay: $ 28.00
• Non-taxed Stipend: $1155.00
• Weekly Total Pay: $1911.00
• Unit information: 36 bed ICU 12 Neuro, 12 Cardiac, 12 medical surgical ICU
• Nurse to patient ratio: 1:2 or 2-3 depending on acuity
• Floating Requirements: As Needed
• Weekend Requirements: As Needed
• Holiday Requirements: As Needed
• Orientation: Wed/Thursdays
• Non-Billable Orientation: 16 hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and monitor the patient’s progress.
• Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition.
• Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members.
• Begin treatment and monitor doses.
• If necessary, respond to a medical emergency and alert the appropriate doctors.
• Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in the ICU unit.
• Complete all necessary paperwork before transferring a patient.
• Maintain patient records.
• Create and implement effective care plans.

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of strong ICU experience
• EPIC Charting experience is beneficial
• BLS/BCLS is beneficial to have
• IL RN License required; compact will be considered.
• ACLS, NIHSS is required
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability

Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):

• Drug screen and background check (facility required)
• Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
