Copilot Studio Developer (Chicago)

Job Description

• Design and develop AI agents, custom connectors, and workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate to address specific business challenges.

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources, including the Microsoft Graph, to provide agents with contextual information.

• Utilize other Azure AI services, such as Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, and AI Builder, to create more intelligent and automated solutions.?

• Develop and enforce AI governance policies, including responsible use, data handling, and lifecycle management for prompts, connectors, and plugins.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process improvements.

• Create training materials, documentation, and prompt libraries to drive user adoption and increase productivity.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor, conducting workshops and demos to demonstrate the value of Copilot solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.?

• I have proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Azure AI services.

• I have experience with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell for automation and integration.

• I have a strong understanding of generative AI concepts, large language models (LLMs), conversational AI design, and prompt engineering.

• I have excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• I have strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
