What You'll Do:

• Supervise daily operations in assigned dining areas, ensuring excellent service and compliance with established policies and procedures
• Train, schedule, coach, and support food service staff to maintain a professional, team-oriented environment
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident concerns to ensure high satisfaction and quality service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive dining environment through routine inspections and oversight
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development in partnership with the Director of Dining Services
• Support dining programs, regulatory inspections, and special projects as assigned by the Director of Dining Services

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of restaurant or institutional food service experience preferred
• Knowledge of food handling, service standards, and sanitation practices
• Illinois Department of Public Health sanitation certification preferred
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
