Part-Time Staff Accountant
Chicago-based Golub & Company LLC and its affiliates are active internationally in real estate development, acquisitions, asset and property management, leasing and corporate real estate services. The Company has developed, owned or managed more than 50 million square feet of properties valued in excess of $10 billion.
We are seeking a part-time Staff Accountant to assist our Vice President of Accounting with the following duties related to corporate and fund accounting functions:- Prepares journal entries, account analysis and work papers for individual trusts and related partnerships
- Compiles scheduled reporting for internal review by trust owners
- Coordinates movement of cash for capital calls and distributions, quarterly tax payments, and expenses
- Assists with tax return preparation
- Communicates regularly with trust owners
