What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with day-to-day HR administrative tasks

• Helping with onboarding paperwork and employee files

• Scheduling interviews and coordinating meetings

• Responding to basic HR and employee inquiries

• Updating HR systems and tracking employee information

• Supporting recruitment and hiring activities as needed

• Helping ensure HR documents are accurate and well organized

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in an HR, admin, or office support role is an asset

• Strong organization and time-management skills

• Comfortable using email, calendars, and basic HR or office software

• Friendly, professional communication style

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
