Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Occupational Therapist is needed for a K-12 school setting in Naperville, IL, to provide essential support throughout the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position offers a stable schedule working 37.5 hours per week, starting with orientation on August 4th and 5th, and employment running from August 11th, 2025, through May 22nd, 2026.

Key responsibilities include ensuring students participation in classroom activities by addressing fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, and self-care skills. The role also involves modifying tasks or environments to meet student needs, conducting diagnostic and evaluation testing, delivering thorough and insightful reports based on these assessments, and developing or maintaining IEP objectives and acmodations. Collaboration with parents and peers to municate student progress and necessary supports is an important aspect of the position.

Qualified candidates must hold or be eligible for an Illinois state Occupational Therapy license. Strong munication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment are essential. Flexibility and problem-solving abilities are also critical to support diverse student needs.
