The purpose of this internship is to prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is designed to provide you with a full experience so that you can fully envision a career with Zebra. You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge!

The Zebra Technologies Global Channel Communications organization is responsible for developing and executing all marketing plans and programs for channel go-to-market initiatives for the business. The team is responsible for defining and implementing global communications strategies and processes while executing on regional channel communications, including information sharing and enablement of our channel partner community, including distributors, resellers, ISVs, and developers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development of our partner and developer communications materials, including drafts, edits, and suggestions for partner collateral, newsletter articles, emails, and other communications vehicles to support various program and channel initiatives.

• Reviews content for the team and provides suggested edits and recommendations for improvements

• Assists with the development of communications plans and deliverables to support Partner Appreciation Month

• Helps analyze our communications effectiveness through data analysis of open rates, click rates, log ins, and other critical data points.

• Assists in the updating of partner program materials and inventory assets.

• Assists with the reviews and identifying best practices for our developer portal and other developer-related marketing efforts.Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills

• Increase technology knowledge and skills

• Develop team-based work proficiencies

• Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities

THIS IS A HYBRID INTERNSHIP LOCATED IN LINCOLNSHIRE, IL. THE EXPECTATION IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF IN-OFFICE ATTENDANCE.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Marketing, Communications, or related

• Must have an anticipated graduation date between May 2026-2027

• Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)

• Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow

• Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences

• Ability to collaborate as part of a team

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Salary: USD 22.00 - USD 32.00 Hourly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement.
