Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc., renowned for its top-tier remanufactured automotive parts, is on the hunt for a diligent individual to join us as a Quality Assurance Technician. Your primary mission: ensure every product meets our top standards before it reaches the market.

What This Role Entails:

• Identify and rectify issues discovered during product testing
• Examine and handle items returned under the warranty policy
• Log detailed reports of your findings consistently
• Liaise with supervisors, production, and engineering staff to communicate vital information
• Organize and maintain a safe, clean working environment
• Remain up-to-date with latest product and procedural developments
• Strictly follow workplace safety and protocol guidelines

Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma; further schooling in Trade or Technical fields is beneficial
• Skilled with essential hand tools and practicing safety
• Basic PC operation skills
• Strong command of the English language for communication
• Physically able to handle 50-pound loads
• Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently

Advantageous Skills:

• Spanish language fluency is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access and Excel
• Experience in automotive or electronic repair
• Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and using advanced measurement tools
• Background in transmission repair

Work Hours:

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
