TITLE: IT Director, Dealer Management Systems (DMS)

LOCATION: Hybrid - Lincolnshire, IL

PAY: Target pay for this role is between $160-190k base + bonus based on experience?

ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Direct Hire

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the dealership's objectives to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Application Management: Manage the selection, deployment, and integration of software applications, including dealership management systems (DMS), CRM systems, and other business-critical applications.
  
  

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

• 10+ years of proven experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
• Strong expertise in business applications management and database management.
• Proficient in dealership management systems (DMS) and other automotive software applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals.
• BS or MS
